Afternoon workshops, kicked of by pop-up lunches featuring local chefs and restaurants, were held at the historic Deane House and the Calgary Zoo, where “attendees wandered past fl amingos and penguins to get to the butterfl y gardens and indoor garden where food stations by top Calgary chefs were sprinkled throughout,” notes Kohen. Signature, multi-course dinners, showcasing both the local culinary talent and renowned international guest chefs, were held at a selection of restaurants of ering “dif erent ambiances and culinary styles, further highlighting the diversity of Calgary’s dining scene,” says Kohen.
