Put reconciliation at the forefront of your next convention Located on Treaty No. 1—the original lands of Anishinaabe, Ininiwak, Anishininiwak, Dakota and Dene peoples, and on the National Homeland of the Red River Métis—Winnipeg is home to Canada’s largest urban Indigenous population. As a cultural hub for many Indigenous groups, the city has become a focal point as we move toward meaningful reconciliation. Working with institutions like WAG-Qaumajuq, The Forks, Manitoba Museum, the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation and local elders, we can help facilitate Indigenous learning at your conference, providing authentic experiences for your delegates.
